Wouldn't I be an awesome Vampire/Lycan hybrid?! Yes... Yes I would.

Hello all. I just want to give you a little update on my life. Relax, it won't be a long post.

First of all I have started writing my book. It was my new year's resolution to get it outlined in some sort of organized fashion. Well, I've done more than that. I've created an entire world (complete with map, go me) with mythologies to it and everything. Not all of that has been recorded, only about half, but it will come. I've also written 3 1/4 chapters of the first book in the series. No, there is no title, yet. That'll be the hardest part, I think. I don't know... Anywho, it's off to a roaring start. It probably sucks (I usually hate my own writing) but we'll see down the road. The downfall is, it's consumed my ENTIRE life. I can't sleep, I can hardly eat, and any time there's a silent moment, I'm thinking about my book and the people in it. They're like my new friends... And I love them. They're pretty awesome people. A few of them are messed up, but awesome, none the less.

Let's see... What else...? Other than the book, not a lot is going on. Scheduling called me, and until May-ish I'll be five days a week in my dinner shift. *happy dance* This basically means (hopefully, knock on wood *knocks on head*) I won't be scheduled parade anymore. YES!! It also means I don't have to look for a new job until May-ish. Hooray for me. *sighs in relief*

Oh! Mom, Grandma, and Evie are coming to visit me the day after tomorrow!! *another happy dance* I am oh so excited about it! There may be a blogging hiatus for the next two weeks, while they're here (cause I blog every day, you know * makes sarcastic face*). I will be so happy when they finally get here! I even have a few vacation days while they're here, so I'll get to spend some real time with them. It'll be nice to see people from back home. I miss my peeps, I guess.

I saw the new Underworld movie today. I really liked it. It's not the best movie ever made, but I liked the style of it and how they did some of the stuff. Kudos to them. Not bad, my friends, not bad at all...

I got new curtains and a vacuum. Woo hoo.

On the sadder side of things, I believe a while ago I spoke of Taz and her ailing health. Well, it finally came time for Grandma and Grandpa to make the decision and put her to sleep. I know she's much happier now and we loved her so so so so so so much. She is missed terribly, though. She was an excellent addition to the family and will be an even greater loss. Rest well, Tazzy, we love you.

That's it for my life as of now. Go see Underworld Rise of the Lycans. Don't do drugs. That is all.

I know exactly what you mean! My characters feel real to me too, and they are always on my mind. Its like they are constantly telling me to finish their story, which can be annoying when I've got other things to do!
